Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid In-Clinic

• We have in-center in the following locations: Chandler (coming soon!), Glendale, Mesa, Phoenix (3 locations!), Scottsdale and Tucson. We have in-home through-out AZ.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
• Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
• Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in-clinic and remote work
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices

Requirements
What You’ll Bring

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
• Strong Communication & Coaching Skills – Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively.
