N/LPN Nursing Home - Part Time Days

Job Summary:

• LPN - Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides direct resident care, evaluates outcomes, completes reports and documents activities and resident response to care. 
• RN - Under direction of the Director of Nursing, supervises and ensures the continuity of resident care performed on all shifts. 
• Is a member of the health care team. 
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered and supervises the performance of the Certified Nursing Assistants. 
• Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care. 
• Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient’s personal characteristics.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN Program.
• One year experience as a LPN or RN preferred.
• NM LPN or RN License.
• Current BLS Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain current BLS Certification.
