Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee repairs and maintenance for all building systems, equipment, and grounds
- Ensure the site meets Board of Pharmacy and other regulatory standards
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Facility Management Technicians
- Complete preventative and corrective maintenance work
- Lead the response and resolution of facility emergencies to minimize operational disruptions
- Ensure work orders are completed on time and within defined SLAs
- Manage vendor and contractor partnerships, including scheduling and oversight
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, planning, and upgrading equipment
- Advance safety, environmental, and compliance standards across the site
- Support risk management and change control processes to enable safe, efficient operations
- Prepare for audits and maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver strong customer services to both internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical field, or similar work experience
- 6+ years of related experience
- Strong HVAC and refrigeration knowledge
- Universal CFC certification required
- Ability to read and understand technical plans and documents
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA 30 certification (or the ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with BMS and CMMS systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm, flexibility as needed
- On-call and ability to work at Waltham and Marlborough locations is required

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 80,600 – 134,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
